The Japanese-Style Twin Room was charming and well-decorated. Enjoyed the private onsens with a peaceful retreat, although the public baths felt a bit crowded at times. Breakfast featured a good variety each morning, but a more extensive kids menu would have was great. On our final night, my husband's birthday was beautifully recognized by the staff, which made the occasion special.

The baths were way too hot, honestly who likes that? And the whole futon thing was a surprise-who even sleeps on that anymore? I expected a complimentary bottle of water, at the very least, for the absurd price i paid. I almost thought about giving a good review, but couldn't. Spoiled my perfect trip.

This place was like home, y'know? Had our own private onsen that was just heaven, and the dinner in our room? Boy, it was be-yoo-tiful, especially that warm chawanmushi. Staff treated us like royalty, too. It was just a tad pricey, but good Lord, worth every penny!

The private onsens were perfect for relaxation, and the atmosphere was so cute. Our experience was nice, thanks to Maya's excellent care.

The place is nice, and has wi-fi, in-room breakfast, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with printing during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the in-room dinner experience. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.

The multi-course meals were really good, especially the local fresh crab and Tajimaya Beef. Breakfast offered different varieties each morning. The staff went out of their way to arrange for our luggage delivery, great to explore more of the area after check-out. My kids enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, but they wished for a more appealing kids menu option.

The overall experience felt a bit pricey compared to the amenities provided.
